Review: My Hero Academia

My Hero Academia is considered to be one of the best anime of this decade. Many rank this anime up there with the classics: Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, and One Piece.

My Hero Academia--based off of the manga by the same name--takes place in a world where 80% of the population has superpowers or quirks. The story follows Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless boy who wants to be a pro-hero. With the help of the best pro-hero in the world, All-Might, Midoriya attends UA High School, a place known to create the best heroes. With the help of his friends and mentor, Midoriya begins his journey onto being the world's greatest hero.

I highly recommend to watch this anime from beginning to end. It has the perfect amount of comedy and action; and the characters all have their own distinct personality. If you believe the first few episodes are a little boring and not enough action, stick around because the real action begins towards the second half of the first season. Once you get further into the anime, you would never want to stop watching due to the amazing fight scenes and great animation.
